How long does delivery take?
UK orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. International orders take 7–14 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of Israel.
How much is shipping?
UK delivery is free on orders over £100, and £4.99 on orders under £100. International shipping is a flat rate of £15.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes detailed measurements. For our NÚR pieces, use the Size Guide button on the product page. For sizing advice on any other piece, contact us at hello@aynur.co.uk or DM us @aynurstudios.
Are your pieces true to size?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, flowing silhouette. We recommend checking the measurements on each product page before ordering.
Pre-Orders
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order pieces are made to order by our artisans in Pakistan. This allows us to maintain the quality and craftsmanship that defines AYNÚR.
How long until pre-order items ship?
Pre-order pieces typically dispatch within 4–6 weeks. Estimated dispatch dates are noted on each product page.
Returns
What's your returns policy?
Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our pieces, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@aynur.co.uk.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please email us at hello@aynur.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we'll resolve this for you.
Care
How do I care for my AYNÚR piece?
We recommend dry cleaning only to preserve the embroidery and fabric quality of your piece.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, Shop Pay offers the option to pay in 3 interest-free instalments at checkout.
